What we can learn from ants

An organizational leader is given the task to set up and start a new business. Let’s assume he has got a group of people to work with. There are some elementary tasks that are carried out by the leader. These tasks include organizing the group of people into specialist groups and designating them with tasks, then setting up a goal and working towards achieving the goal and much later enjoying the fruits of their labour.
